Design, Architect, and Configure new network/server infrastructure, based on organization and customer needs.Working with other teams and groupsto identify and resolve system issues.Undergo and complete research on software and hardware systems to support purchasing, and forward advancement of the infrastructure and business needs.Gauge ongoing processes and design ways to streamline necessary workflows.Work with other team member and teams to mentor and help them accomplish their goals.Complete documentation, training, and Knowledge base articles for new processes and old processes.Skills Needed
